'Zoned In Performance' intends to launch an introductory course on Sports Psychology, which will be open to all coaches in the Highland area. Consistent interest from many coaches and organisations in developing their knowledge and expertise has highlighted the necessity for this entry-level course, which will offer coaches the opportunity to explore the discipline of Sports Psychology. No prior knowledge of Sports Psychology is needed. The course will be delivered via four webinars (seminar broadcast over the internet) and will also include a workbook and email support - it will be offered first in the Highlands, at a discounted rate for Coaching Highland.
