SPORTS LEADERS AWARD PROGRAMME

'The input and support that Vince has given to the Malawian exchange has been paramount to the success of the project. Working with different cultures is never easy but thoughout his involvement Vince has remained enthusiastic, flexible and thoughtful – even at times when plans changed at the last minute (we all know what its like working in schools). Vince carried on professionally and unphased. The added touches of the certificates, t- shirts and whistles have made the experience even more special for the Malawian sports leaders as certificates in there culture are few and far between, and whistles and t –shirts too expensive to buy. These guys will return to Malawi not only with enhanced confidence & leadership skills but also evidence of the personal development they achieved whilst here, none of which they expected. They are very very appreciative of everything that has been done for them during their stay – as am I.
